- All payments are agreed upon directly between me and the client.
- Payment methods and schedules are confirmed in writing before starting a project.
- Refunds are handled based on mutual agreement and project progress.

- Game projects are delivered digitally through email, cloud storage, or secure file transfer.
- Delivery timelines are agreed upon at the start of the project.
6. Ownership & Rights
- Clients own the final game deliverables unless otherwise agreed.
- I retain the right to showcase completed projects as part of my portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality.

- Issues caused by third-party tools, platforms, or stores (e.g., Play Store policies).
- Any misuse of the delivered project after handover.
